Licensed Certified Appraiser
Staff Residential Appraiser (Licensed/Certified) needed for Desk Reviews. These reviews will be to validate the best retrospective value for properties
nationwide. Individual must be self-motivated, have good analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under strict deadlines. Experience with
Quality Control Field Reviews beneficial. 10+ years experience. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug test. EOE.
Position is located in EDMOND, OKLAHOMA.

Closers
Audits for accuracy and completion of regulatory and compliance documents within mortgage loan. Applicant should be detail-oriented, able to retain
information, self-starter. Mortgage experience preferred but not required.

Servicing Professionals
Audits records from Loan Servicing companies; i.e. Loss Mitigation practices, Modification Eligibility. Applicant should have experience with Servicing
(Customer Service, Collections, etc) and/or familiar with auditing practices.

Licensed Appraisers
Residential Appraiser needed for Desk Reviews. These reviews will be to validate the best retrospective value for properties nationwide Applicant must

Desk Review Appraisers
Applicant should have experience working closely with Licensed Appraiser, be an Appraiser with less than 5 years experience, or have any past
experience working within Appraisal company.

Underwriters
Recent college graduates with degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field. One year relevant mortgage processing/closing experience with
mortgage lending or title closing company a plus. Knowledge and recognition of mortgage loan documents a plus. On-site classroom training is provided.
